These raises following Questions

Well, first I'd be surprised that Jesus was real, because there is no extra-Biblical, verifiable support for him having existed.
Second, I'd want to know how they know it's him. How did they determine it? Not because there was tomb with the name Jesus, because there were many people named Jesus during that time.

Easiest to point out is that the Bible infers, and Biblical people seemed to believe that the Earth was the orbitted by the Sun. We know this to be false.

First, in literal Genesis, the Earth was created first:

Genesis 1:2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. 3 And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

God didn't create the Sun until the 4th day:

Genisis 1:14 And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

So how does the Earth orbit something that is not there until the 4th day?

The sun is already still! It's the Earth that had to stop.

Why would the Church condemn heliocentrism as heresy if that knowledge was taught in the Bible? Either man's interpretation of the Bible was wrong throughout Biblical history, or the Church who is supposedly divinely inspired was in error. Also, how could the Earth support life and orbit something that was not created until the 4th day?

There are many other flaws between the Bible and science, I just bring this one up because all the data was at my fingertips.
